Project U presents the future vision of Ghent University Hospital — a completely redesigned campus built to support the next 100 years of healthcare. The film combines live-action footage with 3D animation to bring the vision to life.
My Role – 3D Animation
For this project, I was responsible for all 3D animation work. The aim was to visualize the architectural concept as clearly and realistically as possible, using detailed building plans and accurate campus layout references. This included everything from modeling and scene setup to animation and rendering.

Building Nobel One being constructed.
The animation was created in Blender, with a focus on precision and realism. The models had to match the architectural plans closely, as the entire campus layout — including buildings, roads, and landscaping — needed to reflect the future development accurately.
